I am a Master’s-level (MSW) Registered Social Worker with over 18 years of clinical experience supporting youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams through their most challenging moments. My clinical background includes front-line and leadership roles in inpatient psychiatry, clinical services crisis stabilization and community-based intensive mental health services.

Services Available

1. Counselling and Therapy

My approach is non-judgemental, collaborative, practical, and grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices. I work alongside clients to help them better understand their themselves or their experiences, to develop effective coping strategies, and to build the resilience needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I have a particular interest in working with high-performing individuals such as, competitive athletes, emergency responders, leaders navigating pressures and challenges related with confidence, performance expectations, anxiety and identity shifts, demanding schedules, cognitive burnout, injury, and major life transitions.

Currently accepting new clients and I am open to working with clients experiencing a variety of challenges including, but not limited to grief, depression, interpersonal conflict, ADHD, emotional regulation, addictions, etc.

2. Clinical Supervision

With over 6 years of providing safe, supportive, and reflective clinical supervision to teams and mental health clinicians working with at-risk youth and families with complex needs, I appreciate the emotional, physical, social, financial, psychological, administrative and systemic barriers faced by clients, clinicians and even, community partners.

I offer Clinical Supervision sessions for mental health professionals looking to unpack, reflect, learn and/ discuss important issues or for support in solving complex problems.

Topics include, but are not limited to: - Self-Care and Sustainability - Transference and Countertransference - Ethical/Legal Issues and Boundaries - Clinical Case Management - Assessments and Documentation
